   Anyone can Meditate. Falling asleep is not a bad thing. Mornings are better for Meditating. Two Meditations a day is not too much.Meditation can be done anywhere, anytime. Having thoughts during a Meditation is normal. Have a notebook ready to write down details when you come out of the Meditation. Not having time is an excuse.There is no right or wrong or better or worse in Meditating. Put the phone on silent.  Meditating in the middle of clutter leads to a cluttered Meditation, so straighten up and keep the area clean.and fresh. Don't Meditate after large meals or if you are very tired or very hungry.
