Meditation is the way to sharpen your psychic clairvoyance, your connection to the Universe, to that light inside that has been forgotten. Remember that we are beings of light with a body, not the reverse.
Sitting in silence helps us to remember.
You are meditating while  you are:
...on a walk on the beach... sitting in nature... painting or looking at a painting...  swimming laps...listening to music you love... sitting in a quiet corner at home, in a comfy chair, with music, a candle and incense... enjoying a delicious mealIt's all about nourishment for mind and body. It's a channel that keeps us connected to our Inner Place, that whole other place we came from and lost touch with.  Meditation is the freedom within. It's the way we are able to create our lives with ease, as was meant to be.
 
It's your time with yourself, reaching into your Spirit part. It's the allowing the mind and therefore the body to take a break, relax, let it all go. And to find out more......


                                               


In order to keep it simple I place Meditations into two categories:
  • Clairvoyant Meditations
  • Guided Meditations
Clairvoyant Meditations are time spent with no thinking, in quiet repose while breathing.You are allowing all your forgotten psychic  abilities to come up. Simply breathe, in and out, and allow what comes. Clear the mind when thoughts crowd in and go right back to the breathing. Listen to it, hear it, feel it. This is called Breathing with Awareness. It is the focus on the breathing that keeps the thoughts from entering. 
The Guided ones are geared toward a particular method of holistic healing. Choose Visualizing, Sound Healing, Guided Imagery, Chakra Cleansing, Auric Cleansing, Organ Cleansing, De-Cording, Angel Work, EFT (Tapping), Affirmations, Crystal Healing,  and sooo much more.
