The topic of weight loss is one of the most popular topics in the world
today, as you might know already if you are here and trying to lose
weight.
So for your first tip, stop trying! Trying infers that you may or may
not succeed. That mind set has to go. Decide that this is the time it's
going to work, because you are fed up and are going to succeed.
I know you have probably tried all the diets and workouts and magic
pills on the market, and again, if you are reading this, still no weight loss.
Eating sensibly and working the body are excellent for anyone, but it's not enough for permanent weight loss..
There is a missing link, and I want to share it with you.The missing
link is the balance between the conscious mind (which is saying: "I want
to lose weight") and the subconscious mind (which is saying: "No. I can't
let you").
Think about the excess weight you have put on. There is a reason. Yes,
eating is the obvious reason, but it's more about how and when and what
you ate. Excess weight comes from emotional eating, which creates the opposite of weight loss. The food was
comfort. It comforted you when you were stressed, or lonely, or sad, or
angry and so forth and and so on. You probably knew that
inside, but did it anyway for the comfort and love and sense of well being the food provided.
The second tip for you is to know that you are in control of food, not the other way around.
Tip three is you are now going to become a conscious eater, with the right to choose what you eat and when and why.
Here is where the meditation comes into play.
Reprogramming the subconscious to let you make those choices wisely and easily is what the meditations will do.
